If you choose to email us or complete forms on the website your contact details and information that you provide will be data based. It is your right to ask for disclosure of any of your personal information that may be held and on request we will remove your details from our records.

Refunds and Returns

All transactions can be refunded by contacting Classic Road and Track by email or phone prior to shipping. After shipping, returns are accepted within 14 days of product shipment. Returns must be in as-new resalable condition and returned with all originally provided packaging and documentation.  Returns will be refunded onto the customer’s credit card for the original purchase price less any freight costs incurred by Classic Road and Track.  The customer is responsible for all freight costs in returning the product to Classic Road and Track for refund.

Delivery Instructions and Time Frames

Please refer to individual item listing for freight/shipping options to anywhere in Australia.  We can ship internationally, but please contact us to obtain a shipping quote before ordering. We ship our products within 2 business days of receiving payment.  Generally delivery will be within 7 working days of shipping.

Classic Road & Track does not purchase shipping insurance unless specified by the customer. Claims for loss or damage during shipment must be made by the customer direct to the carrier within three days. Do not ship the product back to Classic Road & Track. Retain all packaging for inspection by the carrier.

Disclaimer

Auto racing is an inherently dangerous activity that can lead to loss of property, personal injury or death. Classic Road & Track accepts no liability for damages resulting from use of its products.

The use of the name Porsche in descriptions by Classic Road & Track is for the sole purpose of description and in no way infers or intends a direct connection between Classic Road & Track and Porsche A.G.

Pricing

While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.

Classic Road & Track maintains the rights to change, update, or modify this policy statement at any time. All changes will be reflected on this page and it is the customer's responsibility to review this page and to be aware of any changes to the privacy policy.

Cardholder Security

    

The Classic Road and Track online store only accepts VISA or MASTERCARD. Currently AMERICAN EXPRESS is not supported. As part of the e-commerce process whilst shopping at www.classicroadandtrack.com.au the credit card number and security code are not stored.
